As long as you let us know at least 24 hours before your trip, you won’t be charged a cancellation fee. Just make sure you get that confirmation email showing your cancellation went through.

We’ll send you all your driver information 24 hours before your trip. Also, you’ll get text alerts letting you know when they’re on the way and when they’ve arrived.

We understand uncertainty happens and flights do get delayed. In this situation, there’s no waiting fee for domestic flights on the tarmac. However, for international flights and other pickups, there’s a grace period, but after that, a small wait time fee does add. 

*Exceptions do apply for things like lost luggage or emergencies, of course.

Absolutely! An extra stop is no problem for a small fee. Just keep in mind there’s a wait time limit and an hourly rate for longer detours. 

We recommend keeping luggage to five pieces per passenger. If you have six or more pieces, a $30 luggage fee applies. Carry-on luggage is always free.

Yes, an additional $10 fee applies to trips booked between midnight (12:00 AM) and 4:59 AM.
